89 Maroon T for sale

Post by CaliforniaT » Wed Jan 25, 2006 2:24 pm

Hi guys, well it's time to get rid of it. $500 for the whole thing - but local pick up only. It's got a little over 210,000 miles and is probably only good as a parts car. Passenger side has some damage that's been primered, no passenger side door lock (the whole side looks ugly). Airdam has damaged corners, theres a ding in the rear bumper cover, theres a piece of trim on the rain gutter missing but I have a chrome version to replace it. Interior is okay, armrests are seperating, headliner is tacked up. I have an extra tail light panel off a silver T though one of the lens' is cracked in the bottom corner. I also have an extra steering wheel and horn cap in good condition. I got a rear spoiler off of ebay about a year ago and it's in decent shape, just needs repainting. Now to the engine, needs an intake gasket and a water pump (I have to fill it with water every morning) but otherwise runs well. It's been my daily driver since '96. I've had no money to get it repaired.

It's going to the junkyard if no one is interested. If anyone lives close to Long Beach, CA and wants to take some parts off of it you're welcome to them, we'll work something out.

pictures of the extra steering wheel, not in as good of shape as I remembered but not too bad.

the damange to the passenger side was a steel gate that fell on it, hit along the hood first and dragged down the rest of the car, took out the mirror too. I did the body work on it to pull the dents and primered it up all ugly like. The keyhole was from a dumb theif who didn't realize the car was unlocked. The air dam is from me driving 110mph back and forth to Montana in the middle of winter.
