Re: Still driving my 88 L67 swap, check in if you still exist

Glad to see the site up on a more regular basis and glad you are still around too. This was once my favorite site - can't believe it is as abandoned as it appears. I still have the '88 and '89 T's but they will soon be gone leaving me with a more manageable "hobby" of the two LGN's. I have a lot of ...

Re: 1988 Electrical Service Manual

Hello, Yup, that appears to be the one. Contains info for all pf the Body lines. Good price too. I highly recommend the book but if you need any scanning I can do more though. I had an issue a long time ago with my '88 where when you had the headlights on and turned on the left signal the dash light...

Re: 1988 Electrical Service Manual

Hello, Don't believe the '88 electrical was in a separate manual. I have an '88 Body manual - does this help? If the website clips off the right side just right click and save to your pc - it is all there. There are about 40 pages if you need another let me know. If this is not clear enough send you...

Hello Nat,
Jeez Louise, you have had a pretty bad string of luck - and a pretty bad string of mechanics. :x

I hope the car gets better soon and you get better even sooner.

Thanks - Peter

Hello Donny,
Do you have 1987 front and rear seats? If so, I am still looking for a set.

Re: Wiring comparison - Standard cluster Vs. full gauges cluster

Hello Dave, one of my '86 LGN's came from the factory with a standard (no gauges or tach) cluster and column shifter. A previous owner swapped that cluster out with a T-Type (floor mounted shifter) and all gauges work - including the tach which may have taken some doing. I do not know what a previou...

Re: Moderators - Spammers All Over the Place

Hello,
Would love to help but I am still not listed as a moderator in any of the areas. There are posts in Off Topic and Suggestions & Submissions and the associated logins that should be deleted.

Feel kind of helpless..... :dunno:

Re: Moderators - Spammers All Over the Place

Hello,
I tried to get rid of the St. Thomas/USVI post by Marishvcard but it does not look like I can do much of anything. Is it me - is there some documentation I could look at or someone I could speak with to get up to speed?

Thanks - Peter

Re: Moderators - Spammers All Over the Place

Hello Keith,
Thanks for the confidence and for cleaning things up.

I will take a look in that Moderator Control Panel that popped up and see if I can understand how to do things. Worry not, I will be careful..... :D

Re: Moderators - Spammers All Over the Place

Hey 8T8,
Thanks for the nice things said. I think the site could use more than one new moderator who visits the site daily as several of us do.

I emailed Keith so he should be looking into it.

Again, thanks -Peter

Agree with you 100% but it appears there are no monitors monitoring. I offered too be a moderator too but never heard back.
